Hide AdEleven-year-old Jordy designed and produced a prototype of an innovation Paddle Pal, which measures a person’s oxygen levels.
The budding inventor then had to present his project to an audience of 30.
Jordy’s entry was in response to the question posed by the organisers: “What happens when your microwave, your central heating, your car, or even maybe your school workbooks are connected to the internet?”
He is now through to the National Finals, which will be held at CISCO UK Headquarters in London on March 16.
Northleigh House School was established in Hatton near Warwick, in 2012 to address the growing need for a safe, calm and progressive learning environment to help secondary aged children.
