Crowds gathered at the war memorial in Warwick to mark the annual Holocaust Memorial Day on Monday. The speakers on the day were Holocaust survivor Bill Heilbronn; Eleanor Day, senior prefect of Kings High School; David Sternberg of The Dhaka Ahsania Mission; Gemma Coton of Aylesford School; Doreen Mills, a reader at St Mary’s church, Peter Burns, pastor from Castle Hill Baptist church; Below right: Elliot Groocock of Warwick School. Prayers were led by Reverend Andrew Gough and Danny Han of Warwick School played a piece of music on violin entitled Remembrance (see video).Cllr Bob Dhillon, mayor of Warwick, laid a wreath, which was followed by a two minute silence.
