Compton Verney wins £2.5m grant to restore its beauty
The project aims to preserve, restore and celebrate the Capability Brown park near Kineton, which includes a rare, Brown-designed and Grade I-listed chapel.
As well as restoring that chapel, the money will be used to build a new visitor centre, expand volunteering opportunities, recreate Georgian pathways, build a footbridge and boardwalk.
